Brothers,
As Worshipful Master of Horace Tyler Lodge, it is one of my many duties to confide with a brother and their lives struggles with natural disasters and their effects on loved ones. Some of you may know that our newest Master Mason Br William Fine was supposed to have his grandfather present at his 3rd degree. Due to the tornados that wreaked havoc in Tennessee last week Br Williams's grandfather and granduncle lost their homes and his granduncle is fighting for his life in the hospital. As of today, his grandfather is living out of his truck, making trips to the hospital to see his brother, and trying to start the long and arduous task of rebuilding.
I am reaching out to Grand Lodge to see if they can reach out to his grandfather's Grand lodge
But I am mostly reaching out to the brothers of Horace Tyler Lodge to see if we can assist financially to Br Will's grandfather specifically. Some of his needs are listed in the letter below but I am open to ideas.
Fraternally,
WB Alexander Kaeka
"WB Wayne Allred, bro. Paul Allred -Bethel Masonic Lodge #194
WB Wayne Allred and bro Paul Allred’s property was hit by a disastrous tornado May 9 2024. Totaling both properties one being completely destroyed and the other roof torn off with water damage.
Bro Paul was found under a pile of metal and wood and was sent to the hospital with both sides of his ribs broken, his spinal cord broken, and pneumonia. He is under surgery as we speak.
My grandfather WB Wayne Allred has been sleeping in his truck and has no power at his place.
A generator, water, and anything possible could help. He does have people helping him clean up but anything would be amazing and greatly appreciated"
